Eva is provided by Dmitrii Biserov at no cost. This policy explains how we handle — or rather, don't handle — your data.
Eva does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All information you use in the app — your location, birthday, preferences, and settings — stays on your device and never leaves it. We have no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising, and we do not store your personal information on our servers. The one exception is if you deliberately hand us an email address by writing to support or joining the Android waitlist on our website; both are described below.
Eva does not require you to create an account. There is no registration, no login, and no personal profiles stored anywhere outside your device.
If you choose to contact us through the app or our website, you voluntarily provide your email address and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not stored in any database.
If you submit your email address to the Android waitlist form on our website, we store that email address on our server for the single purpose of notifying you once the Android version is released. Along with it we store the page language, the signup date, and the country reported by our hosting provider — no name, no account, and no tracking or advertising identifiers.
We send one email at launch. Your address is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for any other mailing. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to hello@evacalendar.app, and we delete the whole list once the launch notification has been sent.
Since Eva does not collect any personal data, the app is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
